Guest Policies and Guidelines

General Info

Agape Cottages are exclusive guest houses where every reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Upon making a reservation a 50% deposit will be charged to your card. The balance of 50% will be charged to your card 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your stay. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 2 weeks (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your cottage, a full or partial refund will be made.

Check In

After 3:00 PM.

If arriving before 3pm we will make arrangements for you if possible. The keys for the agape front house will be in the mailbox at your front door 513 East San Antonio street. The keys for the agape back house will be in the mailbox at the front door of the rear house on the same property. Keys to agape side suite will be in the mail box at the front door of the side house. Return keys to mailbox when leaving.

Check Out

Prior to 11:AM.

Our cleaning service arrives at 11:AM to make ready for our guest arriving at 3PM.

Parking

Agape front cottage parks on the street directly in front of the agape front house. Use the brick walkway to your front door. Agape back cottage enters drive on the left side of property and parks in back. If you have booked the side cottage please park on the driveway to the right of the front house and pull forward, your side suite is directly in front of you.

Extra Persons or Pets

In the event you add to your party prior to stay, let us know so we can bill your card at the published rate. Children three years or younger are not charged.

Groups/Parties

Weddings or parties must have prior consent.

Damages

Registered guest are responsible for damage done to a home or furnishings.

Agape Cottage is not responsible for injury to guests or their invitees or damage or loss to their property

Absolutely No Smoking Inside

However designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Misc

Both Agape front and back cottages have fully stocked kitchens and laundry facilities for your use. Agape side is the same without laundry facilities and stove. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided in all cottages.

Wi-Fi is available. Go to "agape" wifi on computer device, password is "cottages"
